The journey of creating this film has been nothing short of magical. An all-women production team came together, each bringing unique energy and talents. What began as a small, tentative project grew into an act of co-creation with bodysurfers from all over Australia - truly bearing witness to their lives from their own lenses. From Perth to Kangaroo Island, Tasmania, Victoria, and up the east coast, we collected stunning footage and personal stories, collaborating with 'Belly Slater', the beloved larrikin bodysurfer, who not only narrates the film but also help shaped its heart, soul and funny-bone.
